Technical Delivery & Work Package Management

• Lead and deliver IWM enabling work packages covering a wide range of waste management topics, including reports, technical studies, guidance documents, data analysis, briefing notes, and presentations.
• Produce project scopes, develop and maintain schedules, and carry out research through document reviews and targeted web searches.
• Gather and analyse data, prepare documentation for workshops, facilitate sessions, and produce high‑quality output reports.
• Manage supply chain contractors supporting project delivery, ensuring outputs meet programme expectations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Interface with colleagues across the business to ensure technical accuracy and alignment of work tasks.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in IWM delivery.
• Support external waste management services such as Peer Review, Peer Assist, and Peer Learning activities, including site visits and post‑review reporting.

Programme & Governance Support

• Provide project management support to Programme Managers and Senior Waste Specialists.
• Contribute to the Virtual Programme Management Office by supporting routine programme activities such as reporting, schedule updates, and meeting coordination.
• Assist in developing and implementing new processes, procedures, and tools to improve IWM delivery.

Industry Engagement

• Represent the organisation at industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder events.
• Promote cross‑industry collaboration and share learning across the waste management community.
