Engineers Recruitment was originally established in 2016 to source technical talent for high‑demand roles across New Zealand and Australia. Operating from our UK base, we used our digital platform to advertise opportunities and connect skilled global migrants with employers seeking engineering and infrastructure expertise in New Zealand.

Today, Engineers Recruitment delivers targeted recruitment advertising and talent‑sourcing solutions for the nuclear, energy, marine, construction, and infrastructure sectors. Our platform has supported employers and recruitment partners in attracting high‑calibre technical professionals through strategic digital promotion and industry‑focused content.

Our mission is simple: connect in‑demand engineering talent with the organisations that need them most.

The website was created by Trevor Hart, an experienced recruitment marketing and talent‑sourcing specialist with a proven record of successful hires. With nearly 30 years of experience in online and offline lead generation, Trevor excels at identifying and engaging potential candidates through established, high‑performing routes to market.

Much of this success stems from his ability to build top‑ranking websites that consistently appear on the first page of search engines, generating a steady flow of qualified candidates.

With this continuous pipeline of talent, Trevor has played a key role in the growth of the organisations he has supported, placing more than 300 candidates in just three years across major projects including Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, Sellafield, LLWR, and the GDF.
