• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure designs align with organisational standards and future growth.

Specialist Technical Expertise

• Provide deep technical knowledge in one or more specialist areas—such as cloud services, network security, automation, or virtualisation—to strengthen team capability.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues and support the resolution of critical incidents.

Backup, Recovery & Resilience

• Support the development, implementation, and management of advanced backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure robust data protection, system resilience, and continuity of operations.

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Assist in developing, enforcing, and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure infrastructure platforms remain compliant with internal and external security requirements.

MDM & Technology Deployment

• Support the management and optimisation of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Assist with the deployment and lifecycle management of technology solutions across global sites.

Knowledge Sharing & Continuous Improvement

• Actively participate in team knowledge‑sharing sessions and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and infrastructure performance.
