Mechanical QC Inspectors are responsible for monitoring, verifying, and reporting compliance with quality standards across all mechanical installation, calibration, and testing activities. The role ensures that work is carried out in accordance with approved procedures, specifications, and industry codes. Inspectors also support continuous improvement by identifying quality concerns, recommending corrective actions, and assisting construction teams in achieving required quality standards.

- Liaise with the client’s representatives to coordinate daily inspections during construction activities.
- Maintain accurate and complete Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs), ensuring all required signatures and documentation are captured during inspections.
Quality Assurance Support
- Assist the QC Manager and Area Leads in fulfilling their quality‑related responsibilities.
- Update and maintain the SONIM register as required.
- Identify quality issues, support root‑cause analysis, and recommend improvements to enhance overall quality performance.
Foreign Material Exclusion (FME)
- Champion Foreign Material Exclusion practices to prevent the ingress or entrapment of non‑specified materials, loose items, or debris in equipment and systems during assembly and testing.
Safety & Professional Conduct
- Promote a strong quality and safety culture across construction teams.
- Support construction personnel in understanding and achieving required quality standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, engineers, and client representatives.
