PA / Administrators provide essential administrative and personal assistant support to the Regulatory Liaison team, working closely with internal colleagues and external stakeholders. This role delivers a wide range of administrative services, including minute‑taking, document coordination, and organisational support. As part of the wider Business Support team, the role requires flexibility, strong teamwork, and effective collaboration across the organisation to maintain high standards of service.
Administrative & PA Support
- Deliver agreed administrative and personal assistant services to internal customers to defined standards.
- Provide clear advice and guidance on matters relevant to the function.
- Take accurate minutes and maintain action logs for meetings.
- Organise meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and preparation of supporting materials.
Work Package Delivery
- Complete designated work packages to required safety, cost, time, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and processes using best practice.
- Organise and manage own workload with minimal supervision, anticipating issues and resolving them within established procedures.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
Support day‑to‑day organisation of business support activities within the team, including guiding and assisting colleagues where appropriate.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Work collaboratively with the wider Business Support team to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
Documentation, Records & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company standards.
- Contribute to the development of budgetary information and procedures where required.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and company procedures, including safety, quality, risk, and security requirements.
- Promote and maintain a safe, well‑organised working environment.
Training & Development
- Participate in training and development activities to maintain and enhance administrative capability.
- Where appropriate, support the training and development of others to required standards.
